Hello, Everyone

It’s been a while since I wrote to all of you that Visit the site and newcomers. The last entry my daughter posted. So here’s what’s been going on with me so far. I have been out of the hospital now for a couple of weeks. I had two strokes and a couple of seizures. The doctors don’t know the exact reason why this has happen but it could be a lot of reasons being that I do have Lupus. Which can cause strokes, seizures, eye inflammation, fever, weakness, swollen lymph nodes, hair loss, and more problems? My right side is a little hard to work with but getting better. The good news is my speech is back to normal. This has been very hard for me to cope with being that my doctors told me that I can’t drive for at least six months. Going from being very independent to having to always have someone with me at all times and being able to come and go as I please. Feeling a little sad and frustrated about this hold ordeal. I just want my Life back! When there was no physical pain, having fun, always being that happy go lucky person that I once was. Just being myself and living my life. Don’t get me wrong I love Life! Sometimes it just gets hard to handle with everything that goes on in our lives. And we just have to think for a moment! I’m still here and thank God for that. It’s a gift to even wake up and get to see your friends and loved ones. And through all my trails and tribulation that’s enough to Fight For. So I will continue to Live to Fight and Fight to Live. This is not a set back for me but just a stepping stone. I surely will work even harder to get the word out about this disease that has wreaked habit on my body and many other people and their loved ones. Remember sometimes we may be Down but Not Out and all you can do is get right back up and Fight. So I am going to get some rest now.
